Mighty Action Heroes New Update: Hero Frens and More!

New hero frens, new ways to play! Come April 28-30 2023, Mighty Action Heroes will launch a brand new build with new heroes, abilities, and more.

• New hero abilities: Dash & Flying Kick

• New heroes: Boss Bao, Venom Valdez, Detective Danger

• New & improved 3D game lobby with character select and detailed character info!

  • YOU CAN NOW CHOOSE THE HERO YOU WANT TO PLAY!

• Stun & knockback effects in game

• General game balance for abilities, Gadgets (grenade), and character stats

Now, let’s dive a little deeper in what’s really cool.

New Mighty Heroes!

Please meet, from left to right, the esteemed Detective Danger, Venom Valdez, and Boss Bao. Our awesome holder community helped to pick the names for the Detective and the Boss, kudos to them! These 3 newbies will join our current roster of 5 heroes, and with this coming build, you’ll be able to choose the heroes you want to play!

Shiny new Hero Select screen!

Along with hero selection, all heroes have now been assigned classes! Each class has their own distinct ability that other classes will not have the privilege of using. Maybe in some far-flung future rogue-like game mode? Here’s how all of the current hero roster will be classified:

If you didn’t play the last early access weekend, catch up with what Dodge Roll and Charge do here. If you did, read on for the alpha on the two new hero abilities for this build: Dash and Flying Kick!

Flying Kick: The hero flies forward in a straight line, towards the direction they are aimed in, dealing damage and knocking back enemies in the way.

Dash: The hero dashes in the direction they’re moving towards, up to three times in quick succession.

Our playable early access on April 28-30 will still be token-gated. However, we’re working with our frens at Klick to host a community game night on April 21. That game night will feature the last build (info on it here), and participants of that game night will be whitelisted to try out this new build that we just wrote about.

tl;dr Make some new frens at Klick’s community game night on April 21 to automatically receive access for the April 28-30 playable weekend, regardless if you’re a holder or not!
